Dear Customer,
Our dedicated service staff are on hand to help in the unlikely event that your SunChrom equipment develops a fault.

On occasion it may be necessary for your equipment to be sent back to our service department for repair. In this case please contact us for a reference number, which you should include with your faulty equipment, along with the Type-, Model- and Serial Number of the instrument.
Please also ensure you include a clear description of the fault and a completed copy of our decontamination certificate, to certify that the returned item is not contaminated with any harmful substance.
Instruments which were in contact with radioactive or biohazard substances are excluded for repair at our premises and can only be repaired at your laboratories.
The decontamination certificate is available as a download (PDF data file), or contact us and we will fax or email you a copy.

Important Note:
Faulty instruments should be sent to us including the accessories, (Autosampler including vial tray, wash bottle, etc.) in the original box, or a proper packing assuring damage-free shipments.
If a quotation for the repair costs is required please be kind enough and inform us in order to issue the same.
